My name is Alana.
I started my full time coaching practice in 2015 after 25 years of both education and non-profit leadership experience. I have seen leaders buckle under the pain of criticism and watched them crumble under overwhelming or unrealistic expectations. Having watched leaders struggle with their authentic voice, I am compelled to ignite a new conversation for leaders and their organizations. This is why I am committed to curating experiences for participants where theory, skill, self and social awareness intersect; empowering individuals to live into their purpose.
As a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator and a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator, I deliver the cutting edge, research based material created by Dr. Brené Brown. As a member and holder of PCC credential with The International Coaching Federation am committed to the highest standards for coaching. I am a graduate of the University of Regina with a Bachelor of Arts in English/ History and a Bachelor of Education and a graduate of Royal Roads University with a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching.
